Who We Are

HANDLE THIS. is a UK-based mug and gift brand operated by Cardi Ent.

We design, print and ship products from West Wales, fuelled primarily by tea, sarcasm and questionable life choices.

Using Our Website

Please use the website responsibly.

Don't attempt to hack it, break it, overload it or do anything that would make our web developer cry.

We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone misusing the website.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase a product from us.

We'll send confirmation once your order has been received and accepted.

Occasionally mistakes happen. If a product is incorrectly priced, unavailable or suffers from an unexpected technical issue, we may need to cancel and refund the order.

We'll always try to contact you first if that happens.

Product Images & Colours

We do our best to accurately represent our products.

However, colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings and whether Mercury is in retrograde.

Minor variations between images and the final product may occur.

Personalised Products

If you're ordering a personalised item, please double-check all spelling, names, dates and wording before placing your order.

If you ask us to print "Happy Birhtday Dave", we'll print exactly what you entered.

We are many things. Mind readers are not one of them.

Delivery

We'll do everything we reasonably can to dispatch orders within the timescales shown on the website.

Once an order is with the courier, delivery times are largely in the hands of people driving vans and making life decisions we have no control over.

Delivery estimates are therefore not guaranteed.

Weather, power cuts, courier issues, technical failures, zombie apocalypses and other events outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect our ability to fulfil orders.

If this happens, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
