All orders include free standard delivery. No code needed. No secret handshake. Just free standard delivery because life is expensive enough.
Want it faster?
You can upgrade your delivery at checkout if faster options are available. Handy for birthday panic, last-minute gifting and “I definitely planned this” emergencies.
Order by 11am
If you order by 11am, we’ll do our best to get your order shipped the same working day. We can’t promise it every single time, but we will absolutely try.
Who delivers it?
We use a range of trusted delivery partners depending on the order, destination and service selected. Basically, whoever gives your mug the best chance of arriving safely and not looking traumatised.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes a few working days after dispatch, but delivery times can vary depending on the carrier, your location and whether the postal universe has decided to be dramatic.
During busy periods like Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and general last-minute human chaos, please allow extra time.
When will my order be sent?
Most orders are printed, packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 11am are usually our best chance of same-day dispatch.
Orders placed after 11am, at weekends or on bank holidays will usually be handled the next working day. Even mugs need a tiny bit of admin.
Can I track my order?
If tracking is included with your chosen delivery service, you’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Some standard delivery services may only show limited updates, which is annoying but apparently allowed.
My mug hasn’t arrived. Should I panic?
Not immediately. Give it a little time, check your dispatch email, and make sure the delivery address is correct. If it still hasn’t arrived after a reasonable time, contact us and we’ll look into it.
Please include your order number so we can find your mug without having to consult the spirits.
What if it arrives broken?
First of all, rude. Not you. The journey.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll help get it sorted.
