Returns Policy

Changed your mind? No problem. We get it. Sometimes a mug looks funnier at 2am than it does in daylight.

You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging where possible
  • Returned in a condition suitable for resale

Personalised & Custom Items

Personalised, custom-made or specially requested designs cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Basically, if we made it just for you, we can’t really sell it to someone called Dave who wanted “World’s Okayest Uncle” on it.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not quite right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear Video of the issue so we can sort it quickly.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
